We don’t have lamb or veal because we want to eat meat from a farm that has made the most of its life in the pastures, that’s why we only make Rubbia de Galicia, the most succulent meat on our planet according to the finest gourmets.

Our team is heterogeneous, we are: Belgian, French, Cape Verdean, German, from Angola, Portugal, Nepal, it is there that we discover that the pleasure of giving, of offering, of making people happy has no border.
